It provides 24/7 access to Matmut's assistance service for accident or vehicle breakdown, water leakage, and repatriation in case of injury or illness. If you're deaf or hard of hearing, you can use the SMS contactto reach the service. Assistance Matmut also allows you to call the helpersdirectly if necessary.
The app's home screen has a CALL HELP button that connects you to the assistance service. You can specify your need for assistance among the choices offered, and that's it. You don't need to introduce yourself or explain the purpose of your call. Everything is already done, resulting in faster rescue. The app's geolocation feature also eliminates the need to search for your location, making it convenient when you're on the move.
